Refund policy

RETURNS
Merchandise is eligible for a full refund (less any shipping charges and duties paid) if returned to us within 21 days of delivery date.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
- Any item(s) marked on sale are eligible for store credit only.
- Any merchandise marked final sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchange.
- If an item appears damaged upon delivery please contact us and include photographic evidence of the defect.
- If any return does not meet the above requirements, the return will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, misuse, or alterations. If you have any questions please contact: masteryboutique@gmail.com
- We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $100. All orders are responsible for return shipping.

- Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully checked in and processed, once your return has been processed you will be notified via email.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size/color please place a new order and follow the return instructions your original order (if applicable).
